Thank you for such fine service on my washer/dryer combo unit. I spoke with you last week regarding a drainage error. You walked me through a few ways to fix it, but they didn't work. You then Fed-Ex'd part to me and had a repair man sent out all within one week from our first phone call. That is wonderful service and I thank you.
